Policy for the Return of Originals
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error. If damage is due to shipping then product will be exchanged for one of similar nature with return of damaged product.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.SHIPPING INFO
Fixed rate shipping. All artwork is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in carboard box filled with foam or paper filling. Ships USPS. Please contact me for questions on other shipping options.
